E-Learning center
To create more ongoing opportunities for members to learn and connect across regions, NNFP has developed an E-learning center that offers live web-based seminars ("webinars") and member roundtables, as well as downloadable recordings of past sessions. Session topics reflect the variety of issues pertinent to anyone interested in sustaining rural livelihoods and forests:
- innovations in landowner outreach
- web-based marketing
- options for structuring and financing value-added businesses
- community-scale biomass
- issues in forest cooperation
- and many, many more
We also have an entire "Funding Opportunities Series," which brings in administrators of various programs to highlight resources that are particularly important for NNFP members. These sessions also often have perspectives from NNFP members who have experience with the highlighted programs.
